　　東莞涉港澳臺(tái)、涉華僑、涉外結(jié)婚登記須知（至少有一方為東莞市戶籍居民）

　　辦理結(jié)婚登記應(yīng)提供的材料

　?。ㄒ唬╇p方當(dāng)事人3張2寸近6個(gè)月內(nèi)半身免冠合影紅底彩色照片。

　?。ǘ┯行矸葑C件、證明材料（原件和A4規(guī)格復(fù)印件各一份，復(fù)婚需帶雙方離婚證原件）。

　　 內(nèi)地居民：

　　本人有效的戶口簿和居民身份證（當(dāng)事人為集體戶口無法提供戶口簿首頁原件的，可以提供加蓋戶口簿保管單位公章的首頁復(fù)印件和本人頁原件）。居民身份證過期或遺失的，可憑有效臨時(shí)身份證辦理。

　　 香港居民：

　　1.本人有效的港澳居民來往內(nèi)地通行證或者港澳同胞回鄉(xiāng)證;

　　2.香港居民身份證；

　　3.經(jīng)香港委托公證人公證的本人無配偶以及與對(duì)方當(dāng)事人沒有直系血親和三代以內(nèi)旁系血親關(guān)系的聲明。

　　 澳門居民：

　　1.本人有效的港澳居民來往內(nèi)地通行證或者港澳同胞回鄉(xiāng)證；

　　2.澳門居民身份證；

　　3.經(jīng)澳門公證機(jī)構(gòu)公證的本人無配偶以及與對(duì)方當(dāng)事人沒有直系血親和三代以內(nèi)旁系血親關(guān)系的聲明。

　　臺(tái)灣居民：

　　1.本人有效的臺(tái)灣居民來往大陸通行證或者其他有效旅行證件；

　　2.本人在臺(tái)灣地區(qū)居住的有效身份證；

　　3.經(jīng)臺(tái)灣公證機(jī)構(gòu)公證的本人無配偶以及與對(duì)方當(dāng)事人沒有直系血親和三代以內(nèi)旁系血親關(guān)系的聲明。

　　華僑：

　　1.本人的有效護(hù)照；

　　2.居住國公證機(jī)構(gòu)或者有權(quán)機(jī)關(guān)出具的、經(jīng)中華人民共和國駐該國使（領(lǐng)）館認(rèn)證的本人無配偶以及對(duì)方當(dāng)事人沒有直系血親和三代以內(nèi)旁系血親關(guān)系的證明，或者中華人民共和國駐該國使（領(lǐng)）館出具的本人無配偶以及與對(duì)方當(dāng)事人沒有直系血系和三代以內(nèi)旁系血親關(guān)系的證明。

　　與中國無外交關(guān)系的國家出具的有關(guān)證明，應(yīng)當(dāng)經(jīng)與該國及中國均有外交關(guān)系的第三國駐該國使（領(lǐng)）館和中國駐第三國使（領(lǐng)）館認(rèn)證，或者經(jīng)第三國駐華使（領(lǐng)）館認(rèn)證。

　　Overseas Chinese：

　　1. valid passport of the applicant;

　　2.certificate issued by a notary organization or the competent authority of the applicant’s country of residence and notarized by the Chinese embassy (consulate) in that country, or directly issued by the Chinese embassy (consulate) in that country, proving that the applicant does not have a spouse and is not a lineal relative by blood or collateral relative by blood within three generations of the other party to the marriage.

　　If such certificates are issued by a country of no diplomatic ties with China, they shall be certified by the embassy (consulate) of a third country (having diplomatic ties with both China and that country) in that country as well as the Chinese embassy (consulate) in such third country, or certified by the embassy (consulate) of such third country in China.

　　外國人：

　　1.本人的有效護(hù)照或者其他有效的國際旅行證件；

　　2.所在國公證機(jī)構(gòu)或者有權(quán)機(jī)關(guān)出具的、經(jīng)中華人民共和國駐該國使（領(lǐng)）館認(rèn)證或者該國駐華使（領(lǐng)）館認(rèn)證的本人無配偶的證明，或者所在國駐華使（領(lǐng)）館出具的本人無配偶的證明。
